Blueberry Orange Oatmeal Muffins





Aaaah, sounds yummy and healthy at the same time? Healthy, filling snack perfect for quick breakfast or afternoon bite. What is so amazing about this blueberry muffins? Oatmeals are great source of fibre, blueberries are natural antioxidants and brown sugar used in this recipe is not "that bad" as white sugar. So, these muffins are quite healthier option for someone who likes a sweet treat, but cares about their health  as well.  I love them with glass of soya milk.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats, plus more for sprinkling
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cup plain yogurt
2 small eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
zest and juice of 1 orange
